Vision Helpdesk offers professionals and companies a web based helpdesk software solution. The main application includes a number of features. The system will automatically convert email inquiries into tickets and also offers two way email parsing, pre and post email parsing and a catch all feature. The AJAX based user interface helps increase efficiency and decrease bandwidth requirements. Users can also work with paid support features and ticket billing, which includes prepaid support, user credit, invoice creation, payment tracking and auto time calculator features. Users can also manage helpdesks for multiple companies using the multi-domain and satellite helpdesk tools. Vision Helpdesk is available in multiple languages for companies that work internationally. Service level agreements can be added so the user can guarantee a specific response and resolution time for client incidents. Google Apps integration allow the user to access their Google hosted emails through Vision Helpdesk. The application also includes escalation rules so tickets are addressed properly. Additional tools include report generation, custom data fields, scrap book and private messages, login integration, built in antivirus protection and automatic upgrades.

Vision Helpdesk is a part of the Vision World website. Vision World is a subsidiary of Think Sofwares, which is comprised of a team of professionals who work with Ajax, PHP, Java, Perl, JavaScript, ROR, .Net, VB and ASP.

How does the registration process work?

A new user can create A Vision Helpdesk account by clicking either the blue “Vision Helpdesk 30 Days Free Trial” link or the “Click Here to Purchase Vision Helpdesk” link found below the corresponding icons near the bottom of the homepage. When signing up for the trial, the user is asked to click the black “Register” button along the right hand side. The registration form asks for a first and last name, company name, email address, physical address, city, state, zip code, country location and phone number. The user must also provide a password and enter the code at the bottom of the form to verify their registration.

What does it cost to use the application?

Vision Helpdesk provides its users with a number of license options. Users who choose the Lite plan pay approximately $10 per month for the subscription and $4 per month for no branding, around $10 per month for server hosting and another $10 for WHMCS billing software. Lite users are given access to unlimited staff accounts, unlimited tickets and free installation. The Professional plan costs around $15 per month and includes the same addon rates with a slight decrease in the billing software addon option. Professional users can utilize up to five domains. Premium users pay around $20 per month for the subscription as well as $5 per month for WHMCS billing software and are given the ability to work with up to 10 domains. The Ultimate account costs around $30 per month and allows unlimited domains as well as free WHMCS billing software addon access.

Vision Helpdesk is a tool intended for companies who need a better helpdesk solution. The application is also aimed at larger companies that require multiple language options and need to oversee multiple products. The application includes a variety of features as well as four diverse membership plans that also offer addon options. The apps looks outdated and is difficult to understand, we don't recommend this app.
